At SNS Cleaners Corp, we value our clients and our dedicated team of cleaning professionals. To maintain professionalism, ensure accountability, and protect our business relationships, we have a strict policy regarding direct dealings between clients and our staff.

🔒 Direct Hiring or Contact Outside Company Authorization Is Prohibited

All SNS Cleaners Corp employees and subcontractors are assigned to projects solely through the company. Clients are not permitted to hire, rehire, or contract our staff directly—during or after a project—without written consent from the company.

📜 Policy Enforcement & Legal Measures

In accordance with standard business practices and to the extent permitted by Canadian law:

• Any attempt by a client to bypass the company and engage directly with our workers will be considered a breach of our terms of service.

• Such actions may result in immediate termination of services and legal action for damages.

• Our workers are also contractually obligated not to accept direct work from any client without company approval. Violation of this policy will lead to strict disciplinary action including termination.
